Our website has a virtual assistant that answers questions about the salon. When you use it, the messages you type are sent to our service providers so a reply can be written for you. Replies are written by an artificial intelligence service provided by Google.

Your conversation may be kept in our service providers' records for a limited time so the assistant can follow the conversation and so we can make sure it is working properly. Please do not type sensitive details such as health information, card numbers or passwords into the chat. For anything personal, call us instead.

To protect the service from misuse, we briefly keep a record of how many messages are sent from each internet connection.

Appointments are booked through Vagaro, an outside booking service. When you book, the details you enter are handled by Vagaro under its own privacy policy, which you can read on its website.

We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally.

Our website links to other sites such as Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and our booking page. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your information.
